Information we process
We process account details such as your name and email address, usage and subscription status, the photos and instructions you submit, generated results, and limited product-usage events such as page visits and completed generations.
Photos and generated content
Photos are sent to our AI service providers only to analyze or edit them and return the requested output. AICaption does not save the uploaded photo in caption history. Generated caption text and hashtags may be saved to your account history.
Service providers
We use service providers for authentication and databases, AI processing, hosting, email, and payment processing. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy commitments.
Payments
Payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider. AICaption does not store complete card numbers.
Retention and choices
We retain account and generated-content records as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us. Some records may be retained where legally required.
