Using AICaption
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use the service lawfully. You may only upload content you have the right to use.
AI-generated results
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing edited photos, captions, hashtags, claims, and other output before publishing or relying on it.
Prohibited use
Do not use AICaption to violate privacy, intellectual-property, safety, or other rights; impersonate people deceptively; create unlawful material; interfere with the service; or bypass usage limits.
Plans and cancellation
Paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout. You may manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Access continues through the paid period unless otherwise required by law.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, AICaption is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or generated output.
